Job summary

UAB Medicine seeks a CRNA to provide anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical and diagnostic procedures, including cardio-thoracic cases. The role includes participating in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program with CRNA certification by the Alabama Board of Nursing, and current ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications. Full-time positions with a sign-on bonus may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• CRNA certification by the Alabama Board of Nursing is required.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications are required.
