UAB Medicine seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical cases, including cardio-thoracic and catheterization procedures.

The role involves participating in the clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students. Required: accredited CRNA education, Alabama APN CRNA certification, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required.
• APN with CRNA specialty by Alabama Board of Nursing required.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests or cardio-thoracic procedures and cardiac catheterizations.
• Participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
