Job summary

HealthPartners is recruiting a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for their Burnsville surgery center. The role involves administering anesthesia across multiple surgical specialties while collaborating with anesthesiologists in a team-based approach.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Minnesota.
• Certification by the National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) or board‑eligible if new hire.
• BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer safe analgesia and anesthesia under supervision.
• Provide resuscitation services throughout the hospital.
• Participate in attaining departmental goals.

Skills

Effective communication skills

Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles

Computer keyboarding skills

Education

Graduate from a School of Nursing

Graduate from a School of Anesthesia

Master’s degree in anesthesia or related field (preferred)
