Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide anesthesia care across birth to lifespan in a fast-paced surgical setting. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $114.70–$183.50 per hour.

The role also involves teaching, coordinating staff, and scheduling with OR teams. Requires NC RN licensure, CRNA certification, 3+ years CRNA experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• RN license in North Carolina
• CRNA certification required
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience as a Nurse Anesthetist
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Serves as instructor for student nurse anesthetist and continuing education program
• Coordinates and facilitates staff activities
• Accepts other assignments as determined by management
• Prepares schedules and coordinates with surgeons and OR staff
• Supervises clinical anesthesia staff and PT/ PTO management
• Coordinates timecards for payroll
• Facilitates clinical visits to the anesthesia department
