Job summary

Capital Surgical Solutions LLC is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide safe anesthesia care for outpatient orthopedic procedures at our Germantown centers. You will collaborate with an anesthesiologist, manage airways, and implement ERAS protocols in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires COA-accredited education, NBCRNA certification, and Maryland RN licensure with CRNA credentials. Outpatient orthopedic experience and team collaboration are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program with master’s or doctoral degree.
• Current NBCRNA certification/recertification.
• Current, unrestricted Maryland RN license or multi-state license.
• Maryland Board of Nursing CRNA certification/registration.
• Possesses Maryland CDS and DEA registrations preferred.
• Ability to obtain clinical privileges at the centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe anesthesia care for outpatient orthopedic procedures in a high-throughput setting.
• Develop and execute anesthesia plans with anesthesiologist collaboration.
• Manage airways and anesthesia equipment before and during cases.
• Support ERAS pathways and multimodal analgesia.
• Communicate clearly with patients and surgical teams.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and compliance with regulations.
