Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing is required.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia procedures, monitoring and emergency response.
• Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interpret hemodynamic waveforms and equipment status.

Responsibilities

• Administers anesthesia, selects drugs, and responds to emergencies.
• Induces, maintains, and monitors anesthesia, adjusting medications as needed.
• Communicates patient status with surgical and anesthesia teams.
• Performs thorough preoperative assessments and organizes OR equipment and supplies.
• Ensures patient safety through equipment checks, positioning, and procedural review.
• Provides anesthesia support, charts accurately into EMR, and transports patients safely.
• Acts as a mentor and preceptor for peers, staff, residents, students, and nursing staff.
