Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia and related care for patients under anesthesiologist supervision. The role involves planning and managing anesthesia, monitoring patient status, and responding to emergencies in a hospital or clinical setting.

The CRNA will administer anesthesia, develop plans, and maintain patient homeostasis pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, while ensuring safety and quality in care delivery. Travel to off-site locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from approved nursing program and nurse anesthesia educational program.
• Continuing education 40 hours every 2 years as required by AANA.
• Missouri RN license or Compact State Licensure upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and documentation.
• Administer pre-anesthesia medications and fluids.
• Develop and implement anesthesia plan (general/regional/local/IV sedation).
• Monitor patient physiology with noninvasive and invasive modalities.
• Manage airway and pulmonary status during anesthesia and recovery.
• Respond to emergencies with airway management and emergency drugs.
