Highlights:

2. Pick your preferred pattern of work hours! Have every 3rd week off, or work only 2 or 3 days per week, or numerous other options.

4. Ortho, Neuro, CV, robotics, ENT, Uro, IR, Gen Surg, OB (no Peds)

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Base salary + minimal call will put you in the 75th-90th percentile (270-300K+), with additional lucrative earnings available.
2. Zero on-site call required
3. 50-100K signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support
4. 37-42 days of Time Off, + 10 days of Caregiver Leave
5. Health/dental/vision insurance, fertility/family building assistance, malpractice with tail, 401K match & more
