Job summary

Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia care for surgical patients. This full-time role features a 4-day work week and a 1-in-6 call rotation, reporting to the Chief CRNA.

Qualified candidates must hold Iowa CRNA licensure, NBCRNA certification, and an Iowa RN license or a multistate license. We offer competitive pay based on experience and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA licensure in the State of Iowa.
• Current certifications as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa or meet the requirements of a multi-state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for surgical patients and assist with emergency management and IV access.
• Discharge patients from the post anesthesia care area and provide post anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care.
• Identify opportunities to improve anesthesia services and assist in developing resolutions.
