Qualifications

• CRMA certification (state competency exam) completed.
• Ability to move and assist residents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Follow ethical standards and protect resident privacy.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by licensed care providers.
• Assist residents with personal care activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Address residents' needs promptly and with empathy.
• Collaborate with other care professionals to keep the care team effective.
• Record observations and updates on residents’ conditions clearly.
• Follow safety rules and infection control measures.
