Job summary

The Northbridge Companies in Maine is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aid (CRMA) to support residents with medications and daily living activities in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

You will administer medications, assist with personal care, document observations, and collaborate with the wellness team to ensure safety and quality of care. A valid CRMA certification and CNA/PSS license are required.

Qualifications

• CRMA certification is required.
• Active CNA or PSS license required.
• Ability to move and assist residents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine care and empathy for residents' wellbeing.
• Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by licensed care providers.
• Assist residents with personal care activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Address residents' needs quickly and with empathy.
• Collaborate with wellness team to maintain effective care.
• Document observations and updates on residents' conditions accurately.
• Follow safety rules and infection control measures.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve caregiving skills.
