MaineGeneral Health System is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join Gray Birch in Augusta on a per diem schedule. You will administer medications, monitor for side effects, and support safe, orderly resident care under RN supervision.

Requirements include current Maine CRMA certification and PSS within 120 days of hire; BLS preferred; 1 year of experience with residential care is a plus.

• Current Maine CRMA certification required.
• Personal Support Specialist (PSS) required or within 120 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider preferred.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experience with residential care preferred.

Job Description:

Position: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)

Location: Gray Birch, Augusta
Schedule: Per diem

Shift: Variable

Your Role: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)

Responsible for safely administering medications to residents, monitoring for side effects, and ensuring accurate medication management in a residential care setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Distributes medications to residents per physician orders and completes required documentation.
• Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN.
• Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
• Assists with keeping the patient’s environment safe, clean, and orderly.

What You Bring:

• Current Maine CRMA certification required, ANDPersonal Support Specialist (PSS) required or within 120 days of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider preferred
• 1 year or more of experience is preferred
• Experience with residential care preferred

Compensation Information:

$18.90 - $33.08

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
