Job summary

The MaineGeneral Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join Gray Birch in Augusta. This part-time role supports residents by administering medications, monitoring for side effects, and ensuring safe, accurate medication management in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include distributing meds per physician orders, documenting treatment, assisting with basic care under RN supervision, and promptly reporting changes in residents'

Qualifications

  • Current Maine CRMA certification required.
  • Personal Support Specialist (PSS) required or within 120 days of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider preferred.
  • 1 year or more of experience is preferred.
  • Experience with residential care preferred.

Job Description

Position: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)


Location: Gray Birch, Augusta


Schedule: Part-time (36 hours/week)


Shift: Days


Your Role: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)。 Responsible for safely administering medications to residents, monitoring for side effects, and ensuring accurate medication management in a residential care setting.

Compensation Information: $18.90 - $33.08 The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
