Job summary

Northbridge Communities in Elizabeth, NJ is hiring Certified Residential Medication Aids (CRMA) on 1st and 2nd shifts, with per diem options available. You’ll administer medications, assist residents with daily activities, and collaborate with the Wellness team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PSS license in good standing.
• CRMA certification is required or actively pursuing certification.
• Excellent communication and empathy for residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by licensed care providers.
• Help residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Address residents' needs promptly and with empathy, showing attentive care.
• Work with other care professionals to keep the Wellness team effective.
• Write down observations and updates on residents' conditions to keep accurate records.
• Follow safety rules and infection control measures to keep residents healthy.
• Take part in training and education to keep improving caregiving skills.
