The Solution Sales Manager will oversee the success of ServiceNow's CRM products, built on our leading Service Management platform, providing a unified source of truth for enterprise processes.

What you will do in this role:

  • Support the US Higher Education territory strategy to improve understanding, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Contribute to account planning with insights based on territory strategy and recommendations.
  • Align recommendations with Now Value principles.
  • Assist customers in envisioning digital transformation value and develop strategies with the team, customer, and partners.
  • Coordinate with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and engagement.
  • Coach AEs, ADRs, ACEs in specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage sales cycles.
  • Adjust responsibilities based on territory and account needs and celebrate successes.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the team.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, or analyzing insights.
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating ROI of specialty solutions to lead solution wins.
  • Background as an AE or in sales/customer service roles.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%.
