You will partner with IT and business teams to drive adoption, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful feature delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in MIS, Business, CS or related field.
• 5+ years IT management and business analysis experience.
• Experience as product owner or in a vendor management role.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate with senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Support roadmaps for tools and partner platforms; manage vendor input.
• Coordinate IT development, testing, and integration with Carnival apps.
• Develop training materials and user documentation for sales teams.
• Act as liaison with IT, sales, and trade marketing to represent business needs.
• Monitor budgets, invoices and program expansion with vendors.
