BMW Group in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is hiring a Senior CRM Project Lead & Business Analyst to ensure data visibility and credible reporting across CRM systems. You’ll partner with IT to fix data issues, standardize definitions, and drive audits for high-impact projects while delivering scalable platform enhancements.

You will design reports, write complex SQL for ad hoc analysis, and lead testing for new features, balancing data quality with timely delivery in a hybrid onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preference in Finance or Economics.
• 7 years’ experience with either Data Analysis, Data Stewardship, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling or Metadata.
• 7 years’ SQL experience with either SQL.
• 7 years’ experience in Analysis and Reporting.
• 7 years’ of technical Project Management experience.
• 5 years’ of Database design and System Architecture.
• 5 years’ of advanced MS Excel experience.
• 5-7 years’ experience in Programming in a corporate setting (preferred).
• Demonstrated skills that reflect the ability to work with multiple business lines.
• Strong Communication skills with excellent track of working in and with teams.
• Self-starter and ability to deal with ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure visibility of data, reports, and tools while maintaining clean data for decision-making.
• Provide SME on data architecture, data decisions, and audits in high-impact projects.
• Identify data integrity issues and develop processes to resolve them.
• Collaborate with IT to fix data environment problems.
• Uphold data integrity and privacy by standardizing definitions and monitoring data quality.
• Gather and document business requirements for enhancements and integrations; lead testing and validation.
• Design, develop, and distribute CRM and marketing reports; write complex SQL for ad hoc analysis.
