Job summary

BMW Group Woodcliff Lake, NJ seeks a Senior CRM Project Lead & Business Analyst to ensure data quality, build scalable data solutions, and lead CRM reporting initiatives. You will work with IT and business teams on data architecture, audits, and platform enhancements.

The role requires strong SQL skills, data analysis, and project management experience in a global brand environment. Hybrid onsite with relocation not offered, salary range disclosed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years’ experience in Data Analysis, Data Stewardship, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling or Metadata.
• 7 years’ SQL experience.
• 7 years’ experience in Analysis and Reporting.
• 7 years’ technical Project Management experience.
• 5 years’ Database design and System Architecture.
• 5 years’ advanced MS Excel experience.
• 5-7 years’ programming in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure visibility of data, reports, and tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide SME on data architecture and data decisions in high-impact projects.
• Identify data integrity issues and develop processes to resolve them.
• Collaborate with IT to address data environment problems.
• Maintain data integrity and privacy; standardize data definitions and monitor quality.
• Gather and document business requirements for platform enhancements and new features; lead testing and validation.
• Design, develop, and distribute CRM/Experiential Marketing reports and write complex SQL for ad hoc analysis.
