Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders and the vendor to ensure the CRM drives business outcomes, improves member experiences, and increases operational efficiency.

You will own the CRM roadmap, collaborate with development and testing teams, and ensure data quality, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven CRM/product management experience in financial services or similar.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

• Define, prioritize, and deliver CRM enhancements to drive business outcomes.
