Back Market in Paris is seeking a CRM Intern to join the marketing team, reporting to Hera, our Senior CRM Manager. You will support multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns and transactional communications across markets we operate.

The role focuses on leading campaign creation, collaborating with product and engineering on data needs, and building end-to-end CRM flows with automation. Excellent English and detail-oriented work are valued for this fast-paced, hybrid internship.

Qualifications

• Interest in CRM marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
• Experience with data and analytics is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns with brand, business, and design teams.
• Support and analyze transactional CRM communications; define data needs with Product/Engineering for end-to-end flows.
• Conduct A/B testing and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Assist with CRM automation to deliver dynamic, personalized content at scale.
