Job summary

The Sliding Door Company is seeking an IT Specialist to maintain and upgrade technology with a focus on CRM systems and common software platforms. This on-site role is based in Chatsworth, CA and supports daily operations, data integrity, and secure workflows.

Responsibilities include CRM monitoring, advanced Office 365 support (Exchange Online, Teams), software upgrades, and staff training. A IT degree and CRM experience are preferred; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Proven experience maintaining and managing CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• CRM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain CRM to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and implement customizations.
• Provide advanced Office 365 support (Exchange Online, Teams).
• Oversee software upgrades, patches, and security checks.
• Document configurations and create user guides and training.
• Onboard new users and support hardware/workstation setup.
