Job summary

The Sliding Door Company is seeking an IT Specialist to maintain and advance our CRM and office software environments. This on-site role in Chatsworth, CA focuses on CRM upkeep, 365 support, and system upgrades, with training and documentation duties for staff.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement CRM improvements, stay current with tech trends, and ensure secure, efficient technology operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in maintaining and managing CRM systems.
• Proficiency in common software platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CRM certifications) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• CRM Support: monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and customize CRM; train users on barcode system; document defects.
• Office 365 Support: advanced MS 365 support, Exchange Online, Teams, and hybrid identity synchronization.
• Software Upgrades and Maintenance: oversee upgrades, patches, and security; assist end-users.
• Technology Advancement: stay updated on CRM trends; evaluate new tools and implement solutions.
• Documentation and Training: create installation/configuration docs, user guides, train staff, manage hardware deployment and onboarding.
