Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a highly motivated Systems/Data Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise customer data ecosystem, with a strong focus on Data Quality Management applications, including Informatica Master Data platforms and Salesforce CRM.

This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and data governance to ensure high-quality customer data, effective business processes, and successful delivery of CRM and data quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling customer data and business processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for Client Data Quality with stakeholders.
• Create BRs, functional specs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for system enhancements.
• Lead workshops with business and technical teams to align requirements and solutions.
• Analyze data quality issues and identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Define and monitor client data quality KPIs and governance controls.
• Support data integration, migration, and synchronization between Salesforce, MDM, and downstream systems.
• Analyze matching rules, data standardization, deduplication, and remediation activities.
• Examine client data flows and recommend improvements for efficiency and adoption.
• Monitor data quality and integrity within Informatica MDM and Salesforce CRM.
