Job summary

Next Generation, Inc. seeks a CRM Data Migration Specialist to move 15 years of Siebel CRM data, including file attachments, into a new ServiceNow CSM platform. The role focuses on Siebel data structures, large-scale data extraction, and RESTful API development for ingestion into enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include data mapping, transformation, cleansing, collaboration with ServiceNow teams, test migrations, and knowledge transfer, with hybrid/remote work as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Experience with Siebel CRM data extraction and migration.
• Strong RESTful API development and integration skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM data structures and ingestion.
• SQL and large dataset query optimization experience.
• Knowledge of ETL, data mapping and transformation.
• Experience with data governance, privacy and security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams to export 15 years of Siebel data, incl. attachments.
• Analyze Siebel schema to plan efficient extraction workflows.
• Develop RESTful APIs to ingest data into ServiceNow CSM.
• Ensure data mapping, transformation and cleansing meet quality standards.
• Define ingestion specs with ServiceNow platform teams.
• Conduct test migrations, troubleshoot, and optimize performance.
• Document migration processes and API configurations for knowledge transfer.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and security compliance.
• Provide cutover and post-migration technical support.
