Job summary

Required: bachelor’s degree, 3+ years’ CRM experience in a corporate setting, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of CRM experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to customer data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant teams.
• Develop and implement compliance protocols related to customer data management and communication practices.
• Monitor CRM activities to identify and address potential compliance risks or breaches promptly.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and customer service departments to align CRM processes with regulatory requirements.
• Generate regular reports on CRM performance and compliance status for senior management review.
• Provide training and support to staff on CRM best practices and compliance standards.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and recommend necessary adjustments to CRM policies and procedures.
