Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for retail banking and payments. The role bridges business needs and technical solutions to deliver Dynamics 365 projects, including Finance, Customer Engagement, and Payments modules.

You will gather requirements, refine Azure DevOps backlogs, design functional specs, map processes, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in retail banking or payments domain.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement).
• Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, and banking operations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, API integrations, data migration, and SQL.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate requirements for retail banking and payment processes.
• Refine backlog items and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Translate business needs into functional specs for Dynamics 365 Modules.
• Analyze workflows and identify gaps for improvements.
• Support integration of Dynamics 365 with core banking systems and payment gateways.
• Develop test cases, coordinate UAT, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare user guides and deliver end-user training.
• Ensure adherence to PCI DSS and data privacy requirements.
