Job summary

Stellar Professionals in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior CRM Architect to lead enterprise CRM initiatives. You will design end-to-end CRM ecosystems, data models, security, and governance, with hands-on experience across Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot.

You will provide technical leadership, run discovery sessions, and mentor developers and administrators while ensuring strict public sector data governance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting end-to-end CRM ecosystems.
• Hands-on platform experience with major CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot).
• Designing integration strategies between CRM and ERP/data warehouses using ETL/iPaaS tools.
• Strong data quality, migration, deduplication and governance skills.
• Ability to lead architectural reviews and mentor technologists.

Key Skills & Requirements (What We Are Looking For)

To excel in this position, your background must include strong expertise across these core areas:

• Enterprise CRM Architecture: Proven experience architecting end-to-end CRM ecosystems, custom data models, application architecture, and multi-layered security frameworks.
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with major systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or equivalent enterprise CRM platforms.
• Integration & ETL: Skilled in designing integration strategies between CRM platforms and enterprise systems (ERP, data warehouses, marketing automation) using ETL/iPaaS tools.
• Data Governance: Strong understanding of data quality management, structural compliance, data migration, and deduplication processes.
• Technical Leadership: Ability to lead architectural review boards, facilitate discovery sessions, and provide clear technical mentorship to developers and administrators.
• Mandatory Background: State Government or Public Sector experience is REQUIRED for this role.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

• Experience implementing modern, AI-driven CRM capabilities and advanced workflow automation.
• Background in large-scale platform optimization and enterprise-wide user adoption strategies.
• Excellent presentation skills to translate dense technical architecture into clear, business-focused concepts for leadership.
