Job summary

BioHorizons in Hoover, AL seeks a CRM Applications Specialist to design, develop, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform CRM solutions onsite. This role supports Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to accelerate delivery of complex solutions and improve customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CRM development/administration, strong Dynamics 365/Power Platform knowledge, and experience with integrations, data migration, data quality, and security.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM development or administration.
  • Experience with enterprise IT environments preferred.
  • CRM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
  • Design and implement custom plugins, workflows, Power Apps, and reports.
  • Integrate CRM with ERP, Finance, proprietary databases, and other enterprise systems.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; translate into technical solutions.
  • Ensure CRM data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize CRM usage.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay current with CRM technology trends and best practices.

Job description

The CRM Applications Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining CRM solutions—primarily within the Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform environment. This role supports Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing departments by accelerating delivery of complex business solutions, optimizing system performance, and integrating CRM with other enterprise systems. The position is critical for driving digital transformation, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.

This position is onsite based in Hoover, AL and is not open to remote work.

Responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to the following:
  • Develop, customize, and maintain CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM development or administration.
  • Experience with enterprise IT environments preferred
  • Relevant CRM certifications (e.g., "Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate") preferred
