Qualifications

College degree preferred but not required; BA or equivalent in business administration or related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
Ability to learn technical product information and sales procedures.
Able to multitask and adapt to changing workloads and deadlines.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to internal and external team members, management, and customers.
Prepare and process paperwork, forms, and reports for approval or management.
Maintain filing systems and documents, update information, and record data.
Create, run, export, and provide report data to management and customers.
Manage customer and contract records, reports, templates, and forms.
Handle document requests (e.g., SRA, unit, parts, credit checks).
Stay informed about industry products, customers, and related fields.
Research and compile information from various sources.
