• Operational Oversight: serve as SME on policies and tasks, guiding specialists.
• Patient Transport Coordination: manage transport logistics for helicopters and ambulances.
• Emergency Response & Crisis Management: implement response protocols and disaster communications.
• Communication & Information Management: dispatch with multiple radio systems and track routes with GIS.
• Equipment & QA: ensure equipment functioning and perform QA activities.
• Administrative & Documentation: detailed data entry and billing-related paperwork.
• Interpersonal & Team Effectiveness: maintain professional customer service.
• Continuous Improvement: participate in education and process improvements.
