Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support mission-critical operations in a fast-paced environment. You will be the frontline for our client’s infrastructure, performing preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and precise repairs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience in commercial building infrastructure.
Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift 50 lbs or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and monitoring of infrastructure.
Complete work orders and track completion using available systems.
Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
