Job summary

Mission Critical Group in Belle Chasse, LA, seeks a Project Manager to lead engineered-to-order power systems projects from kickoff to delivery. You will own schedule, budget, risk, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, supply chain, and field service to meet customer and contract requirements.

You will drive project discipline using our BMS and ensure ISO 9001 standards are upheld while building trust with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing complex engineered-to-order manufacturing projects.
• Industry experience in oil and gas, marine, electrical equipment, or critical power.
• Strong leadership and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Own the schedule, scope, budget, and risk from start to finish.
• Review contracts and kickoff to establish baselines and risks.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products meeting requirements.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and align cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate FAT scheduling and customer communications.
