Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Critical Minerals All Source Analyst to join our team in Alexandria, VA, supporting the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office. The role requires analyzing foreign materials, minerals, and manufacturing facilities to inform decisions for U.S.

defense priorities. You will research classified and open-source data, identify intelligence gaps, and produce detailed all-source assessments, often under time pressure, while maintaining strict security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with IC databases and geospatial tools highly preferred.
• Ability to produce high-quality written and verbal products.

Responsibilities

• Help client understand foreign minerals, materials, and manufacturing facilities.
• Research, analyze, and evaluate classified and open-source intelligence; identify gaps.
• Produce detailed all-source assessments and products.
• Provide time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
• Share methodologies with other analysts and grow cross-functional skills.
