E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an All Source Analyst in Alexandria, VA to join the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office support. The role focuses on strategic all-source intelligence on microelectronics and defense-related resources to support planners and policymakers.

The candidate will provide high-quality deliverables, briefings under pressure, and mentorship to junior analysts, with a focus on regional dynamics and technical microelectronics analysis. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience, or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance at the required level.

Responsibilities

• Research, produce, and disseminate strategic-level all-source intelligence assessments focusing on microelectronics and weapon systems.
• Provide high-consequence intelligence production and briefing support under high-pressure conditions for warfighters and national leadership.
• Apply all-source tradecraft, microelectronics trends, and IC publication standards to deliver actionable assessments.
• Serve as a subject matter authority to guide and mentor analysts in tradecraft and communication.
