Clearance Requirement: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret SCI clearance.
License/Certification Requirement: Applicants selected are required to hold a Journeyman License OR EPA 608 Universal License OR have equivalent verifiable military service training hours/experience.
Responsibilities
The Critical Facility Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the Campus. This includes conducting planned preventative maintenance, addressing daily corrective tasks, and responding to emergencies to minimize downtime. Acting as a technical expert, the Technician reports to the Program Manager, collaborates with Onsite Engineering Operations (OEO) and third-party vendors, and serves as the primary point of contact for all facility operations. The Technician focuses on mission-critical systems, ensuring Campus equipment supporting servers maintains an uptime of at least 99.999%.
