Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret SCI clearance, subject to a government security investigation.

License/Certification Requirement: Hold a Journeyman License, EPA 608 Universal License, or equivalent military training/experience.

Responsibilities

The technician ensures optimal performance and reliability of electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems, conducts preventative maintenance, responds to emergencies, and collaborates with teams and vendors. The role requires maintaining uptime of at least 99.999% for mission-critical systems.

• Meet CET1 requirements; OEM factory training or experience preferred. Strong communication skills required.
• Adhere to safe work practices, utilize tools and software, read blueprints, and perform troubleshooting and repairs, logging activities in CMMS.
• Assist higher-level technicians, perform facility walk-throughs, understand site-specific procedures, and respond effectively during emergencies.
• Operate and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution, UPS, generators, HVAC, fire alarm, and BMS/EPMS systems.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, identify parts/materials, and utilize diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of experience.
• Security clearance eligibility and ability to obtain Top-Secret SCI clearance.
• Licenses: Journeyman, EPA 608 Universal, or equivalent military training.
