Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Critical Facility Officer to safeguard facilities, deter threats, and report incidents. The role requires state licensing, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities include patrolling, CCTV monitoring, and enforcing site rules while maintaining professional conduct and readiness to respond to crises. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to obtain a valid Guard License as required in the state for which you are applying, maintain current active status of all required License at all times, and must carry the License at all times while on duty.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test after offer may be required.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of interacting professionally with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Operate and maintain protective equipment and weapons as required by site.
• Report safety concerns and incidents verbally and in writing.
• Enforce site regulations and directives for personnel and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms and report issues.
• Follow site operations manuals and post orders.
• Meet licensing requirements for armed security as applicable.
• Build strong client relationships and assist guests and employees.
• Patrol facilities on foot or vehicle and cover multiple locations as needed.
