Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 21+ years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a valid Guard License as required by state/local laws.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol testing required.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Must communicate clearly and interact professionally with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Maintain proficiency with protective equipment, restraints, and weapons as applicable.
• Report safety concerns or incidents verbally and in writing.
• Enforce site regulations and directives for personnel and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms; document concerns and incidents.
• Familiarize with site operations manual and post orders.
• Build professional relationships with client staff and guests.
• Greet and assist guests and employees in a professional manner.
• Patrol the facility on foot or by vehicle; respond to calls as needed.
• Cover multiple clients/sites and support special projects when required.
