The Critical Facility Manager (CFM) is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Prime Data Centers' mission‑critical facilities. This role oversees all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems to maintain maximum uptime while leading site operations, maintenance, vendor management, and operational projects. The CFM serves as the primary technical leader for the facility, managing staff, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and customer standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on technical leader with deep mission‑critical infrastructure experience who can lead teams, manage complex facility operations, improve reliability, oversee vendors, and deliver operational excellence in a 24/7 data center environment.
