Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, modify and maintain complex HVAC/R systems to sustain critical climatic conditions across the medical center campus.
• Repair and calibrate pneumatic and electronic controls serving the independent system throughout the campus.
• Maintain glycol run-around and preheat systems, test glycol for freeze protection and rust prevention.
• Install and service walk-in coolers/freezers with automatic defrost controls and related components.
• Operate and maintain cooling towers and related distribution systems.
