The Critical Environment Facility Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability of mission‑critical facility infrastructure supporting data center and high‑availability environments. This role requires broad technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and fire protection systems to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while supporting facility projects, change management activities, emergency response, and continuous improvement initiatives. Engineers will work independently and collaboratively with facility teams, vendors, and customers to maintain critical infrastructure in a 24/7 operational environment.
Maintains safe and reliable operations of critical facility infrastructure.
Minimizes equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.
Demonstrates strong technical competency across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and fire protection systems.
Supports a culture of safety, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
Contributes to achieving facility uptime, compliance, and customer service objectives.

Estimated compensation for this position: 104,000.00 – 138,700.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
