Qualifications

• Must be able to read telemetry strips.
• Arizona license or compact license required for submission.
• May float to additional units and locations.
• Travel only; local not allowed; live >50 miles from facility.
• COVID vaccination and boosters required after submission.
• Driver’s license required for submission.

Responsibilities

• Float among ICU areas and MedSurg/Tele units, including sister campuses Westgate and AZ General Laveen.
• Adhere to unit protocols, shifts, and scheduling requirements.
• Prepare and submit required pre-employment modules and health documents.
