Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks a registered nurse for night shifts to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop care plans addressing physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs for diverse patients.

You will collaborate with patients and families, educate on care priorities, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. PA RN licensure and BLS are required; 3 years in critical care/ED preferred.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• 3 years of critical care/ED RN experience.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to plan and deliver individualized patient care.
• Collaborates with patients and families to address learning needs.
• Uses IT to communicate, monitor outcomes, and support safety.
• Works within inter-professional teams to ensure coordinated care.
