Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Critical Care Transport Nurse to deliver prompt emergency nursing care for patients transported via the Mercy Health Life Flight Network. You will assess, plan, organize, document, and evaluate care with another Critical Care Transport Care provider, representing the organization to the community and EMS.

You will care for patients across the age spectrum and may be based on a ground Mobile Intensive Care Unit with potential rotor wing cross-training

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year Associate Degree in Nursing; RN license in Ohio.
• CAMTS approved advanced certification (CFRN or CTRN) within 18 months of hire.
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS required or obtained within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care for Mercy Health Life Flight Network patients.
• Assess, plan, organize, document, and evaluate patient care with another Critical Care Transport Care provider.
• Act as a professional representative and educator to community groups and EMS.
