Job summary

WellSpan Health seeks a qualified Critical Care Transport Nurse to deliver advanced care during interfacility transports. You will provide high-acuity patient care in prehospital/mobile EMS settings, using independent clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.

The role requires N- or BSN-qualified RN with 3 years of critical care or emergency experience, ACLS/BLS/PHTN certifications, and ability to operate complex transport equipment. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 3 years in Critical Care or Emergency Dept required.
• Requires RN license at hire; multi-state license may be required.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS/PHRN and other certifications required or preferred.
• Must meet driver and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced critical care nursing during interfacility transports.
• Perform high-acuity patient assessments, stabilization and interventions.
• Follow established protocols and medical command when needed.
• Manage advanced airway, ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Maintain equipment readiness and supply management.
