Job summary

The Dartmouth Health system seeks a Paramedic to join our critical care transport team in NH, serving on air and ground transports between Lebanon and Manchester. This full-time role collaborates with flight nurses and the broader medical crew to assess, treat, and document care for critically ill or injured patients.

The position requires Nationally Registered Paramedic status, 3 years of full-time paramedic experience, and compliance with DHART physical requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of full-time paramedic experience required.
• Nationally Registered Paramedic (NREMT) required.
• Public speaking and critical care transport experience preferred.
• Must meet DHART physical requirements annually.

Responsibilities

• Completes and documents clinical rotations.
• Receives reports from referring hospitals/agencies and gathers data.
• Evaluates patient condition and adjusts care as needed.
• Performs and documents procedures.
• Participates in shift safety briefings and communicates changes in conditions.
• Ensures readiness of transport vehicles and medical equipment.
• Serves as a clinical resource and mentors new team members.
• Performs other duties as required.
