• Performs tasks (IV insertion, wound care, etc.) as directed by RN/Physician per policies.
• Provide person-centered care with empathy within a multidisciplinary team.
• Document all tasks/observations accurately in patient records.
• Promote patient and staff safety using clinical strategies.
• Collaborate with medicine, nursing and other professionals about plan of care.
