Health, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Nursing (Critical Care Stepdown) to oversee day-to-day operations in a high-acuity unit. You will mentor staff, ensure patient safety and care quality, and partner with physicians to drive outcomes and unit performance.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, promote governance, and contribute to ongoing clinical initiatives and staff development.
