Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Resource/Rapid Response team for night shifts at Frankford. You will deliver direct patient care, coordinate rapid response activities, and support family-centered planning in a busy hospital setting.

Qualified candidates will hold an active PA RN license, have strong critical care skills, and be committed to safety, education, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license in PA.
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and cultural awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Collaborate in inter-professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge needs.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives.
