Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to Rapid Response activations throughout the hospital and stabilizes deteriorating patients.
• Performs rapid clinical assessment and initiates appropriate interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians, advanced practice providers, Respiratory Therapy, and nursing leadership to ensure escalation of care.
• Promotes patient safety and participates in system-wide quality improvement initiatives.
• Provides real-time coaching, clinical education, and mentorship to bedside staff.
